Better link to Dutch euthanasia article

It says that the Dutch euthanasia law excludes children under the age of 12. As for the Groningen Protocol, this is a set of rules created by a hospital of the same name and if I understand it correctly, it has no legal weight. If this is so, then acts of the kind mentioned appear to constitute homicide under Dutch law. No one is doing anything about it though.
